What does Vynta Integrate do?

It is cloud field service management software for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, pool and security teams. Dispatch, digital work orders, inventory and vehicle stock, company assets and compliance checks, GPS tracking, SLAs, health and safety, AI voice dictation and timesheets live in one workspace shared by the office and the field.

Is there a mobile app for technicians?

Nothing to install. Technicians use Vynta in the browser on any phone or tablet — work orders, photos, signatures, dictated notes, clock-in and GPS in one place — and it keeps working when the signal drops.

Does it work when technicians have no signal?

Yes. Photos, voice notes and form input are captured on the device and sync automatically when the phone comes back online, so a dead spot never costs you a record.

Can customers sign off on site?

Job completion and delivery notes include a signature pad. The signature is stamped to the record with the technician, timestamp and final photos, and appears on the work order PDF you send the customer.

Does Vynta handle service level agreements and recurring maintenance?

Yes. SLAs set a service interval per equipment type, and Vynta tracks the next due date per customer and can create the work order automatically so recurring revenue does not slip.

Can I export timesheets to payroll?

Yes. Compliant shifts inside rostered hours are auto-approved and managers only review exceptions. Hours are exported to payroll as normal hours, overtime x1 and overtime x2.

What roles and permissions are available?

Admin, office worker, backend admin, technician, driver and a shared terminal role for clock-in only. Technicians see only their own jobs, and row-level security enforces this in the database rather than just hiding it in the interface.
